COD DIGESTION REAGENT
Agility Chemical TM COD Digestion Reagent Vials are
pre-filled ready to use in 16mm vials which fit in most
digestion reactors and instruments. The reagents are
prepared according to APHA 5220 D, EPA 410.4 and
ISO 15075 — Closed Reflux Dichromate Colorimetric
Method. Reagents are prepared in three ranges, Low
Range (0 — 150 ppm 02), Medium Range (0 — 1500
ppm 02) and High Range (1000 — 15,000 ppm Oz).
Each vial contains 3mL of prepared reagent and user
simply adds 2mL of aliquot, followed by digestion
step and measurement is done directly with a
spectrophotometer with a standard 16-mm vial
holder.
The vials and caps of the COD reagents are manufactured to prevent accidental spillage and made of high-quality borosilicate glass to ensure good accuracy. User can choose COD reagent with mercury to eliminate chloride interference or without mercury as a greener alternative. Users are advised to consult our sales team for further information.
