QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (QMS) ISO 9001:2015

This course is designed to provide an overview of the requirements for a quality management system based on ISO 9001:2015 Standard. Upon completion of the training, participants are able to:

This course is designed for all quality professionals or management staffs who are likely or currently involved in implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System to meet ISO 9001:2015 Standard or its equivalent.

  • provide a clear understanding of the requirements of ISO 9001 standard.
  • give guidance on the development of a documented quality management system.

This course enables the participants to understand, develop and implement an in-house Quality Audit program that fulfills the requirements for Internal Quality Audit. Internal Quality Audit serves as a management tools to ensure the continuing appropriateness and effectiveness of the quality system implemented and identify areas for continuous improvement.

At the end of these learning modules, participants will be able to:

This course is designed to provide participants with an understanding and guidance in implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2015 Standard. It is also to provide participants with an understanding the roles and responsibilities as a Quality Management Representative.

This course is a practical and intensive course for training quality professionals to lead and manage third and second party audits of ISO 9001 Quality Management System. The learning process will include a series of tutorials, interactive class sessions, a major case study and role playing exercises, culminating in both practical and written examinations.

Nowadays in the competitive market, personnel not only need to be equipped with auditing skills but also nonconformity closing skills at the end of the audit program. Most of the internal auditors face a big problem in closing their nonconformity. The objective of this course is enable participants to master the auditing and nonconformity closing skills.
