This course is for Lead Auditors for any organization in the food chain. This seminar fully integrates ISO 22000:2018 requirements throughout the entire five-day seminar. This course makes extensive use of activities and case studies to help you fully understand the requirements of auditing to the ISO 22000:2018 standard. The objectives of this course are to help participants assess the adequacy of the design, implementation and improvement of food safety management system against ISO 22000:2018 in accordance with ISO 19011.
